Spilled Milk Ice Cream & Cereal Bar was founded in 2019 by Marvin Phillip and his wife Sara to deliver a joyful and memorable experience for all.

Starting with a trailer in the Salt Lake City area, Spilled Milk developed a loyal following for its unique combinations of ice cream and iconic cereal mix-ins.

Spilled Milk’s rapidly growing popularity led to the opening of their first year-round shop in the 9th & 9th neighborhood of Salt Lake City in December of 2019.
